Hi, I'm Marc.
I’m an active consultant working together with top strategy consulting firms especially in the field of M&A and restructuring projects.
During my own interview process, I learned that unfortunately most of the books and interview preparation platforms don’t teach you the right strategies to succeed in your job interviews. From onboarding many interns and new-hires, I know that especially in your first year the gap between what is expected from you and what you are able to deliver is often the biggest.
Both experiences have been my motivation to found ConsultingPerfection. A place for aspiring consultants, that want to reach their ambitious targets through proven and highly individual training concepts.

The application should not take more than 3 minutes to complete and will help us to assess your eligibility and motivation for our very selected training program. You will receive our feedback within 24 hours.
Once we have reviewed and accepted your application, you will be invited to schedule a strategy call with us.
This will be a totally free 45min zoom or telephone call with us. During this call, we would like to fully understand your individual situation and targets in your consulting career. We will check, whether you would be a good fit to our program and will map out an individual action plan for you on how you can achieve your next big milestone in your consulting career quickly and effectively.
After you accept our offer, we will onboard you to the program by defining a concrete action plan for the upcoming weeks together with you. We will schedule the coaching sessions with you and provide you with access to our training ressources.
FAQs
All of our coaching programs are tailored towards your individual situation. We will discuss the length and support intensity during our strategy session call. Our coaching will always include personal coaching calls with one of our expert coaches. Besides that, you will receive written training resources. For some training contents, we have prepared dedicated online video courses.
Yes, absolutely! Our coaching is tailored towards aspiring management consultants in internship and full-time positions.
This depends on your stage:
- Application preparation: Ideally, you will want to start the coaching minimum 2 weeks before you send out your applications
- Interview training: Getting you ready for your consulting interviews will take some time. We recommend to start with the coaching at least 6 weeks before your first interview
- Day1 training: Ideally, you want to start with the coaching 1-2 months before you start with your job or internship in consulting. However, we can also support you after you already started during your first months
- Experienced coaching: Whenever you want to reach a next milestone in your consulting career.
Since our coaching is always tailored to your individual needs, we don’t have any standard prices. However, you can be sure about two things:
- The value of our coaching will be a high multiple of the associated costs (e.g. think about what a job offer from a firm like McKinsey or BCG would be worth to you and your career outlook)
- We have all been students ourselves and know that the budget is limited during these times. Therefore, we offer flexible payment terms, so you only have to pay a majority of the fee once you also start making money as a consultant.
